Yoga Foundations Series


Sometimes Yoga can be a little intimidating if you've never tried it before or attended an advanced class and walked away feeling out of your depth.

At Humane Yoga, we invite all humans of any size, shape or practice ability into our space to help you become more relaxed.

Our Foundations Yoga Classes run regularly to help those new to yoga or looking to refresh their practice to find their confidence in a yoga practice that suits their health and lifestyle needs.

A semester of classes conducted over four weeks designed to walk students through the Humane Yoga styles: Yang, Sculpt, Yin, Restore and Qi Gong. Each week we'll focus on one type and explain how to safely and easily undertake the poses to suit your body. At the end of the semester, receive a two-week trial membership to practice what you’ve learnt in unlimited classes.

Suitable for humans who have had a practice before and need a refresher or would like more information on how to adapt poses for their unique body. 

Class Size: Up to six people.

Dates: The next Series will run for 5 on Wednesday nights from September 4th 2024.
