Yoga Foundations Series

Sometimes Yoga can be a little intimidating if you've never tried it before or attended an advanced class and walked away feeling out of your depth.

At Humane Yoga, we invite all humans of any size, shape or practice ability into our space to help you become more relaxed.

Our Foundations Yoga Classes run regularly to help those new to yoga or looking to refresh their practice to find their confidence in a yoga practice that suits their health and lifestyle needs.

A semester of classes conducted over four weeks designed to walk students through the Humane Yoga styles: Yang, Sculpt, Yin, Restore and Qi Gong. Each week we'll focus on one type and explain how to safely and easily undertake the poses to suit your body. At the end of the semester, receive a two-week trial membership to practice what you’ve learnt in unlimited classes.

Suitable for humans who have had a practice before and need a refresher or would like more information on how to adapt poses for their unique body. 

Class Size: Up to six people.

Dates: The next Series will run for 5 on Wednesday nights from February 12th 2025.


Sculpt Series: Reset & Recharge

Ease back into your wellness journey after the holiday season with our 3-Week Sculpt Series!

Combining conditioning, yoga-inspired HIIT flows, and myofascial release, this program will help you rebuild strength, stamina, and balance.

Aligned with the moon cycles, each session maximises your energy and keeps your practice sustainable and engaging.

Join us twice a week from January 14–31 for sessions that are both challenging and restorative—your ultimate jumpstart to 2025!

Suitable For Anyone looking to reset their fitness and wellness routine post-holidays or those who want to strengthen their practice before joining more dynamic classes like Yang

Class Size: Boutique-sized, with a maximum of 10–12 participants to ensure personalised attention.

Dates: 14th, 17th, 21st, 24th, 28th and 31st of January from 615 to 7am.

Bookings: Commit to the 3 weeks or drop in as you like. We strongly encourage signing up to full series as each class is designed to build on each other.
