Chloe Savage

Yoga came into Chloe's life as a remedy to manage the chronic back pain she'd experienced since childhood. Her chance to go deeper happened after a car accident, which halted her long days working in the film industry and helped her explore yoga away from poses. Then years later, she embarked on a life-changing 200-hour yoga teacher training in Bali, specialising in Tantric Hatha yoga. Since then, she has completed further training in Tantric Hatha philosophy and Yin Yoga with Paul Grilley.

Chloe believes yoga explores the relationship between the body, the mind and the breath, helps us create space and freedom within. She aims to help her students find this freedom and release to move their bodies with ease and comfort through life.

Georgie Walker-Powell

Georgie's journey along the path of yoga began in her early adolescence as an invaluable tool for understanding and navigating life's transient and turbulent nature. During her travels to India and Nepal, her practice deepened, blossoming into a lifelong love affair. Further igniting her passion for yogic philosophy, psychology, radiant health, and exploring the connection with oneself, others, and the Earth. Since then, Georgie has extensively studied the Tantrik Hatha Yoga system and Yin Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Meditation, and Yoga Nidra.

Georgie's classes weave yogic wisdom and concepts in an accessible way to enhance one's energetic body. You can expect to experience a radical acceptance of your authentic self within Georgie's classes and a warm and safe place to explore the joys of intuitive movement, breath and meditation.

Leia Svoronos

Leia was introduced to yoga as a preteen as a remedy for anxiety. At first, she didn't think yoga was 'cool' and mainly took classes because her parents encouraged her to, and, over time, she recognised how gentle she felt after each class. Her monkey mind wasn't so loud, her breath felt full, and she found acceptance and compassion for herself, others and the world.

In 2018, Leia's set off to India to complete her first 200 hr Hatha/Vinyasa training, initially for self-development, which later expanded into a love of sharing yoga. In her alignment focused classes, she teaches yoga as a tool, anchor, and path to emotional alignment—the remedy for groundless emotion -  in a playful way with plenty of restoration pauses.

Styles: Yang (Tantric Hatha + Vinyasa)

Rick Freeburn

Rick's yoga journey started 18 years ago when yoga became an excellent addition to an exercise program for a badly injured back. Fast forward nine years, he completed a yoga teacher training and commenced teaching within a few weeks of completion. He found Vipassana Meditation shortly after, which started a period of intense self-discovery. It helped create a time of much healing, intense realisations, and learning along with yoga. He believes the peace he gained from meditation is possibly the most significant asset and helps keep him in equilibrium. The mental health benefits of yoga and meditation have made fundamental changes to his life.

Rick's formal training was in the Hatha and Yin styles. At the same time, his very early teachers used a Japanese technique that focused on the seasons and Traditional Chinese Medicine as their foundations. He uses a fusion of these styles in his classes to strengthen and increase flexibility through core strength, slower movements, alignment, and breathing.

Teaching Styles: Yang (Hatha and Japanese Yoga), Yin

Vibe: Considered, Balanced, Calming

Jess Humphries

After being forced into a yoga class by her mum in the late nineties as an awkward, developing teen Jess found solace in the meditative aspect of the practice and its ability to create clarity and confidence. Her interest in life's deeper questions led her to study western philosophy at university, and eventually eastern philosophy through her formal yoga training. After completing her first teacher training in 2011 she has studied many different styles - from vinyasa power yoga to kids yoga and yin. Jess also writes professionally about all things yoga, philosophy, well-being and life. Jess loves how yoga can support us through all phases of life, and currently feels drawn to slow practices that allow the body and nervous system to restore.

Jess invites her students to tune into their body's innate wisdom while creating the space to explore and go at their own pace and get to know their bodies and mind.

Anjie Hutchesson

Anjie's yoga journey started when she worked as a Flight Attendant in the Middle East in 2009. Maintaining a healthy fitness regime across many different time zones was very important. Yoga helped her wind down and feel relaxed after the exhaustion of her work travels.

Inspired by her teachers, peers, environment and travels, Anjie aims to bring a unique sense of empowerment to each class. Through Intention, Meditation, Pranayama and Asana, her goal is to have her students leave each class feeling relaxed, refreshed and renewed. Her classes are playful and sometimes can be challenging physically and mentally,  paired with uplifting tunes. She aims to live a positive, happy and healthy lifestyle and inspire students in her little kind way.
