New and Full Moons are a perfect time to come together to slow down and reflect on your life’s path, to release what is no longer valid for you and to set intention into action for the life you truly desire.
Every two weeks or so we meet with a group of like-minded individuals to be guided by one of the Humane Yogis or an invited practitioner to explore the topics related to seasonal, cyclical and elemental themes related to the moon. The experience may include meditation, journaling, astrological and energetic discussions, sound healing, essential oils, aura readings or gentle movement.
Suitable for anyone who wants to connect to the seasonal and moon cycles through their body, mind and higher selves.

Soulful Session – Friday Night Special | Slow Flow + Tea Ritual

This month, join Jess for a cosy winter evening practice at a special community price. Perfect for winding down at the end of a busy week, you’ll enjoy a gentle blend of slow, feel-good movement, a soothing tea ritual, deep relaxation, and space for mindful self-exploration.
