Meet Robyn Saurine

As a professional health and well-being advocate who has practiced Yoga for more than 20-years, Humane Yoga’s founder, Robyn Saurine, is dedicated to helping others discover, nurture and nourish the deep connections between mind, body and spirit -ultimately aspiring to "create more relaxed humans, one human at a time".

Robyn originally started her career as an engineer and IT project manager in the education and mining sectors of Australia and Asia. She developed an interest in health and well-being while undertaking extensive health and safety training to deal with the physical and mental aspects of working in high risk and remote areas.

After many years attempting to balance corporate life with her more creative, intuitive side, Robyn decided to dedicate herself to personal Yoga practice, initially to self-manage her Fibryomalgia (an autoimmune illness) and Scoliosis (spine curvature).

She began formal training in the Ashtanga style with Tribe Yoga in Austria then continued onto Yin Yoga with Jo Phee from Singapore and then Pre-Natal with Byron Bay’s Baby Bliss Yoga. Robyn now continues her professional development with Yoga Medicine and Sadie Nardini. These studies naturally extended to a passion for teaching and helping others balance the physical, mental and emotional components of their bodies with Yoga to maintain health and well-being.

Already a certified Yoga teacher, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, Business Coach and Astrologer, Robyn currently combines these areas of expertise by offering astrological guided business strategic and operational planning, energetic wellbeing through yoga, mindfulness and sound healing and personal transformation through practical astrology and aura readings.

“I am and will always be a student of yoga and all its interconnections, constantly learning and developing myself and my practice to share with others,” she says
