Foundations: Sometimes yoga can be a little intimidating if you've never tried it before or you’ve attended an advanced class and walked away feeling out of your depth. In this class, you'll be guided with detailed explanations of basic postures and have them adjusted for your unique body.

Suitable for: Anyone who is just starting or wants to get back into their practice after some time away from Yoga.

The next Series will run in early 2025.. Jump onto our mailing list to be the first to know when we launch!

Yin Yoga: Yin Yoga is a complementary yoga practice to the more energetic yoga styles. Postures are held for several minutes to safely stress the deep layers of connective tissue in the body. With the emphasis on stillness and silence, Yin Yoga builds the natural mobility of the joints being stretched. It also opens the body’s meridian system, which enhances the body’s energetic flow and supports emotional stability.

Suitable for: All levels of fitness and anyone who leads an active lifestyle, sits at a desk or stands for most of the day, or who is holding onto things that no longer serve them.

Yang Yoga: A movement based yoga where each teacher brings their unique style to the practice. Styles are teachers bring to the experience include Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Yang and Tantric Hatha. This vigorous form of yoga boosts the heart rate and gets you sweating. Yin Yoga (see description above) is the complete opposite.

Suitable for: Anyone who needs a balanced practice of movement, breathwork and meditation.

Sculpt: Build strength, endurance, and flexibility with Sculpt—a practice that merges HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) with yoga. HIIT is one of the most effective workouts for achieving maximum results in minimal time. You'll push your body to its limit with 20 seconds of intense activity followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeating for 8 rounds to complete a 4-minute cycle.

This class alternates between two-week cycles: Weeks 1 & 2: Conditioning and myofascial release to prepare and stabilize your body. Weeks 3 & 4: HIIT paired with yoga poses to blend strength and flexibility.

Aligned with the moon’s energy cycles, Sculpt supports both effort and recovery for optimal results.

Suitable for: Anyone wanting to build fitness and confidence. We recommend Sculpt as a foundation to flow seamlessly into our Yang classes!

Restore: A class for healing and space to nurture yourself that varies from guided meditation, yummy rest poses, sound bowls or yin followed by a circle for tea and chats. Oracle cards and journalling is optional in some Restore classes. If you're interested in this, please bring a notebook and a pen.

Suitable for: All levels of fitness. Extremely helpful for most people in improving both their emotional and physical health.

Yang and Yin: A class infused with yogic movement and breathwork to get the body flowing, which switches into deeply restful meditative poses to relax the body and mind.

Suitable for: All levels of fitness. Perfect if you need a little yoga flow movement and a good stretch!

Qi Gong: Slow, conscious movements inspired by Traditional Chinese philosophies that invite you deep into presence and a heightened level of awareness. A practice that blends movement and meditation to balance your body. mind and soul.

Suitable for: All bodies, at any level of fitness, and anyone wanting to tune in, go slow and de-stress.

Wildcard: Wildcard classes are lucky-dip classes decided by the teacher, often inspired by nature or the moon cycle. If it is a waxing moon, more movement is featured, as we typically have the energy to burn. Slower yoga is more appropriate if it is a waning moon as the sky becomes darker and we start to become stiller.

Suitable for: Anyone who wants to infuse their day with the energies of the moon and align to their body’s monthly cycles.
